This family-friendly quaint floor beef casserole is simple to make and fully adaptable! Excellent for choosy eaters, this can be a nice weeknight dinner concept.
- 1 pound floor beef
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 cup sliced carrots (or blended greens)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups rooster broth
- 1 cup lengthy grain white rice, raw
- 9 sandwich-style slices colby jack cheese
- *non-compulsory – parsley to garnish (dried or contemporary)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9×9 pan with nonstick spray and put aside.
- In a big skillet cook dinner the bottom beef till now not pink. Add within the steak seasoning and stir to mix.
